Get Out Your Grill or Your Slow-Cooker

Hi everyone. Thanks for stopping by. I'm writing today about some really tasty new barbecue rubs/marinades that we now have for sale. Some of them are salt-free for those of us who are on a sodium restricted diet or are eating healthy, also no MSG, no Preservatives, etc.

East Meets West Barbecue Rub This beef rub is inspired by Wagon Calvary of West Settlers. This rub is influenced by the resourcefulness of American settlers as they traveled west and shared their spices among their fellow travelers in their wagon trains. The pungent taste is influenced by the oriental spices of Szechuan Peppercorns and Ginger, and the Chipotle Peppers and Aumac Berries, harmoniously blend the cultures to a very fragrant bold taste.

Features chipotle, brown mustard seeds, Szechuan peppercorns, ginger, orange, molasses, sumac berries, horseradish.

Salt Free!!! MSG Free!!! Gluten Free!!! Preservative Free!!!

2 ozs $3.95

We do have several rubs/marinades so check out our website. This Applewood rub is very popular and one of our favorites. The rubs work great for the outdoor grill as well as cooking in the slow cooker.

Applewood Smoke Barbecue Rub which
is the combination of the sweetest apple with a smoky flavor and is a real crowd pleaser. The ingredients of Applewood Smoke Rub are kept secret by our Midwest supplier but the comments of many customers attests to its popularity. It is also one of our personal favorites. Add this wonderful rub to anything you barbecue!
2 ozs (which is enough for quite a few meats/marinades). $3.95

FREE!!!!!!

Take this opportunity to place an order for over $25.00 and receive FREE shipping. It's almost time to fire up the "barby" so stock up on some great tasting unique Barbecue Rubs. These can be used on meats on the outdoor grill or indoor in the slow cooker. There are directions for use and some recipes so take advantage. We sell most things in multiples of 2 ounces. To get a good idea of how much 2 ounces is....a typical spice jar on your grocers shelf (i.e. McCormicks, Spice O' Life) are usually much less than 1 ounce. 2 ounces is quite a large quantity and will be enough for several recipes. We also offer salt-free barbecue rubs which in addition to being salt-free will not dry the meat out so cuts can be marinaded overnight.

Whatever you decide to try you will be very pleased!! I have included links to both our website and our eBay store. If you decide to order please do so from our website as eBay fees are very expensive for us. You can pay either with PayPal (debit,credit,e-check) or send us a money order thru the regular mail.

The HOTTEST Pepper in the World

Yes we are now selling the HOTTEST pepper in the world called the Bhut Jolokia/Ghost Chili/Naga Jolokia/Bih Jolokia/Poison Chile Pepper. It has been measured at over a million Scoville Heat Units (SHU) and is rated as the hottest by the Guiness Book of Records. We carry this in dried whole peppers and the ground. The Bhut Jolokia is twice as hot as the Habanero Red Savina at 577,000 SHU. We also carry Red Savina powder.

One of our customers wrote and said "The smoked flavor of those peppers is really great, I didn't see it in your ad, that was a real plus for me, I have never had peppers with such good
flavor and the heat is...whew!!!!! I grind them up and shake them liberally on my burritos.

I am a hot head and these really do the trick on multiple
levels.

Hey, try them on ice cream, it is a real kick to get burned & cooled at the same time."

We carry many different chili's and chili powders from very mild to the hottest. Also many spice blends from around the world and barbecue rubs that have chilis as one of their ingredients.

Whether you like a little bit of heat and a lot of flavor or lots of heat and lots of flavor we are your "chili pepper connection" so visit our website now at

Recipe for your next Barbecue~Yum!!

One of the new Barbecue Rubs we are selling is called "East Meets West" and it can be used in many different ways. This beef rub is inspired by Wagon Calvary of West Settlers. Other ingredients are Brown Mustard Seeds, Orange, Molasses, Sumac berries, and Horseradish. Our rubs are not just for grilling outside but can also be used when preparing in a slow cooker (this is usually the way we cook). This blend is also:

Salt Free!!! MSG Free!!! Gluten Free!!! Preservative Free!!!

Our spices are chosen for their consistent high quality and attention to natural purity. We strive to bring you spices with no chemicals, no fillers, and no MSG. Many are also Salt-Free, like this one, for those of you who are on a salt-restricted diet or low sodium. So many wonderful flavors you will never miss the salt!!

How to use East Meets West Barbecue Rub

Wet Marinade: 1/3 cup Soy Sauce and 1 tbsp Sesame oil, or ? cup Red wine with ? cup V-8, 1 tbsp of rub per 4 servings of meat (more rub is OK if you prefer stronger taste). Marinade for 6-12 hrs.

Rub Pomade: Use 2 parts Worcestershire Sauce and 3 parts Tomato Sauce with 2 parts rub to produce a paste. Spread to generously cover the meat and marinate for at least 12 hours.

Note: Remember to bring the steak to room temperature before cooking.

Suggested Recipe: Rub into steaks, sprinkle over roasts, or add to burger patties. To marinate, combine with olive oil, and a dash of red wine. After marinating, slow cook or smoke a brisket.

One of the great benefits of owning a spice company is the chance to sample most everything that we order. We had this rub on a pork roast that Chad cooked in the slow cooker and it was absolutely wonderful!!
